Al Madinah Public School Senior Secondary (CBSE) is the result of theefforts and teamwork of philanthropic members of al Madinah educational and charitable trust. Mr.M.K.M Kabeer,ThePresident Er. Syed Ahmed the secretary and DiamondF.KaderMohideenthe treasurer along with the support of other service-minded people in and around Melapalayam felt the need for starting a CBSE school in a place like Melapalayam, which is educationally socially and economically backward, started the school in the year 2014. Alhamdulillah, Allah helped them to make their dream a reality.

The trust built a two storeyed building with wonderful infrastructure. Now nearly 700 students are studying here. The school got CBSE Affiliation upto 10th Grade in the year 2017 Tamilnadu government gave recognition and no objection. Now the management is taking steps to upgrade the school for senior secondary school. For this requirement, the management constructed this II floor recently.
