DATE OF BIRTH OF THE CHILD SHOULD BE AS PER THE BELOW FORMAT



Once the application form is complete and submitted to the school office, the parents along with the child will be called for an admission.

The strength of each class is limited to a maximum of 30 students and admissions happen on a first come, first serve basis. So parents who register with us first are guaranteed an admission in our school

How to Apply?

The Application Form will be issued to selected Students for the admission.
The filled application form should be given within 5 days along with the necessary fees and documents from the date of the receipt of the application.
Selected students will be called for placement test and an interaction with the Chairman.
If for any reason the documents to be submitted can't be produced at the time of admission; it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.


To enquire and apply for an admission to al-madinah public school (cbse), please visit the school office. Application form & prospectus can be bought from the school office.

The application form can also be downloaded from the website.the completed application form needs to be submitted to the school office within one week from the data of purchase of the application. Affix a recent passport sized photograph on the application form.
